With more than 40 years of experience spanning Anheuser-Busch, Stone Brewing, New Realm and now Abita, Mitch has helped shape some of the world's most respected breweries. Widely recognised as one of the pioneers of the West Coast IPA and acclaimed brewing author he'll share lessons from a lifetime of brewing, innovation and leadership.

As co-founder of Edinburgh's Vault City Brewing, Steve Smith-Hay has built one of the world's most recognisable modern craft breweries by challenging convention. From bootstrapping the business and crowdfunding its growth to producing internationally renowned fruit beers, Steve will share the story behind building an independent brewery with creativity, ambition and smart commercial thinking.
